{"id":4129,"date":"2016-04-13T16:45:10","date_gmt":"2016-04-13T15:45:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dvs-europe.eu\/2016\/04\/13\/d088-and-d394-recent-rumors-from-the-ministry-of-finance\/"},"modified":"2016-04-13T16:45:10","modified_gmt":"2016-04-13T15:45:10","slug":"d088-and-d394-recent-rumors-from-the-ministry-of-finance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dvs-europe.eu\/en\/2016\/04\/13\/d088-and-d394-recent-rumors-from-the-ministry-of-finance\/","title":{"rendered":"D088 and D394: recent rumors from the Ministry of Finance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>D088 and D394: recent rumors from the Ministry of Finance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From recent rumors, the Ministry of Finance is reportedly planning to make significant simplifications with regard to the 088 and 394 declaration forms.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, <strong>Form 088<\/strong>, which since its introduction in February 2015 has considerably stiffened the procedure for the activation of a VAT Registration Number in Romania, <strong>may no longer be required from companies that change their Administrative Body, Corporate structure or registered office.<\/strong> As of today, as is well known, any change in the above-mentioned aspects results in the automatic request by the ANAF (National Agency of Financial Administration) to file documentation proving the company&#8217;s ability to carry out its characteristic activity (in fact to file the 088).<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the new <strong>394 declaration, which is<\/strong> particularly complex and the subject of another briefing, the current regulatory framework mandatorily requires its use from April 2016.
