Form 088 has become the new nightmare for Romanian companies. <\/p>\n<p>Indeed, it is recalled that in the past two months ANAF has handed down many notifications for re-registration for VAT purposes for taxpayers who had changes of directors\/members or registered office in 2015. The retort from ANAF officials tried to justify the need for this bureaucratic procedure with the fight against evasion.
