With the issuance of Decree No. 70/2020, the deadline for filing the Declaration on the Royal Beneficiary has been extended until November 1, 2020. But this deadline is on a Sunday, so that the obligation can be fulfilled until November 2, 2020.
More specifically, this is the amendment of Article 56 of Law No. 129/2019 on Preventing and Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, Paragraph (5):
(5) The statement referred to in par. (1) may be submitted before the representative of the Commercial Registry Office or may be submitted, personally or through a representative, having a date certain, made by the notary public or attested by a lawyer.
