DVS Europe Srl is an accounting firm founded in 2008 in Romania (in Timisoara) by Italian professionals (lawyers and accountants) in order to support the economic activity and investments made by Italian entrepreneurs in Romania.
From the primary activity of assisting Italian companies in Romania by acting as an interlocutor with local professionals, Studio DVS Europe Srl began, almost immediately, and hiring staff directly, to carry out in-house bookkeeping, preparation and filing of tax returns and financial statements, payroll, accounting, tax and legal assistance at 360 degrees.
The expansion and evolution of services, personalized client management, and care in the professional training of the staff was possible only through the stable presence in Romania of the chartered accountant Cristian Meneghetti, registered with the Professional Association of Chartered Accountants of Treviso and the Bucharest Order of Accountants.
In 2015, the Bucharest office was inaugurated. DVS Europe Srl is connected from the beginning to the Italian Accounting Firm located in Treviso and Trieste; this has allowed to be able to share professional experiences, critical issues and the best solutions experimented in the two countries, to better understand the EU law and to pour into the Romanian organization the experience and training already gained in the competitive and difficult Italian context. In recent years DVS Europe srl side by side with its sister, Prima Financial Advisory And Accounting Services Srl has joined the prestigious international network of commericalisti and accounting experts IC & Partners and is a member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Romania.
A member of the Professional Register of Chartered Accountants in Romania, he has gained significant experience abroad since his university days (erasmus in Denmark), attending specialization courses in European and international tax law (Eutekne, Euroconference) and a master’s degree in international taxation from the prestigious 24 Ore Business School. In recent times he has devoted himself to the development of advanced computer systems for economic and financial management control.
A member of the Romanian Tax Consultants Association, an expert in domestic and international taxation, she heads the Bucharest office.
